Caution required

In case of cancellation, fees will be charged as indicated below.
For a cancellation:

+ 30 days before the date of the stay 10% of the total reservation
from 21 to 30 days before the date of the stay 40% of the total reservation
from 8 to 20 days before the date of the stay 60% of the total reservation
from 0 to 7 days before the date of the stay 100% of the total reservation

Any stay started is due in full.
Any reduction in the length of the stay less than 30 days before the start date of the stay will not give rise to any reduction in the total amount.
